Practice in State and Federal Courts in Oklahoma and other jurisdictions
While the attorneys at Strong, Martin are licensed only in Oklahoma, we are currently involved in multi-district litigation relating to Oklahoma clients in Minnesota and Louisiana Federal Courts. Additionally, we have represented our clients in the Bronx Supreme Court, New York, New York; United States Federal Court for Arkansas, Ft. Smith, Arkansas and the Unites States District Court for Kansas, Wichita, Kansas; San Joaquin County District Court, Stockton, California; and in several different state courts in Texas.
In many instances we have been chosen to represent out-of-state clients and have been able to do so through relationships with other attorneys within the jurisdiction in which the lawsuit must be brought, or by special admission of the Court holding jurisdiction over that specific matter.
