Corporate Class Action, Multi-Plaintiff Litigation, and General Civil Litigation

Corporate Class Action:

Strong, Martin & Associates currently serves as liaison counsel for a securities fraud lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Our experience in the area of class action litigation, particularly as it may relate to seeking damages from large corporations for a variety of reasons, is extensive, as is the national network of attorneys with whom we have been associated on these types of cases.

Multi-Plaintiff Litigation:

Strong, Martin currently represents over fifty Oklahoma residents in a multi-plaintiff action against a large pharmaceutical company in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We have the expertise and willingness to represent our clients, regardless of the number, wherever the litigation must be brought. Few local firms can match the flexibility or creativity of Strong, Martin in this area.

General Civil Litigation:

Whatever the cause of action may be, whether nursing home, personal injury, commercial, employment or insurance bad-faith litigation, we have experience with previous similar matters. The key to success in almost any case lies as much in a keen and precise knowledge of the jurisdictional rules of civil procedure as it does in an attorney’s knowledge of the facts of a particular case. In each case, attorneys must and do learn the facts specific to that case alone. That is a prerequisite, of course, in protecting a client’s interest. However, an attorney must also be proficient in the rules of the court in which he or she practices. If that is not the case, a client’s case might not ever even be given its day in court.

Strong, Martin & Associates, its attorney and legal staff, are fully cognizant of the importance of each client’s case. We offer the experience, resources and ability to ensure that our clients receive their “Day in Court”. Each case becomes our cause.

As always, your consultation is free of charge!
